Power, Grace, Wisdom, and Influence - These are the words that come to my mind when I think of Namrata. I have closely known Namrata as a participant in two of my NLP Certification workshops. She always stood out because of her diligence in seeking new ways and strategies to make a difference to others. Namrata was one of my first mentors and I learnt some valuable HR and management lessons under her guidance which have held me in good stead through my HR career. With a clear focus on driving outcomes, Namrata’s solution oriented approach always taught me to ensure that a well rounded solution followed by a clear analysis of what went wrong where will give defined learnings. One good thing that mentors do, is not create a version of themselves in the mentee, but let them develop themselves and find their shine.
